Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

Unrestricted AI (the "Service") is published by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected]. Payments are collected on our checkout pages at deep-ai-assistant.com and processed by Stripe. These Terms of Service and Sale (the "Terms"), together with our usage policy, refund policy and privacy policy, form the contract between you and us. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you accept them.

2. Adults only

The Service is reserved for people aged 18 or over who have full legal capacity. By using it, you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it immediately. You must not use the Service where it is illegal for you to do so. You alone are responsible for checking that your use complies with the laws of the country where you are.

3. What the Service is

Unrestricted AI is an online chat assistant that generates text and, on the Max plan, images, using artificial intelligence. You are talking to an AI, not to a human. Answers are produced automatically by third-party AI models that we select and may change at any time to keep the Service working. Features, models, speed and availability may evolve. We do our best to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. AI outputs: read this carefully

  • Outputs can be wrong. AI answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, invented, biased or offensive. They are not facts verified by a human.
  • No professional advice. Nothing produced by the Service is medical, legal, financial, tax, psychological or other professional advice. Always check with a qualified professional before acting.
  • Your decisions are yours. You use outputs at your own risk. You are solely responsible for what you do with them, including any decision, publication or action based on them.
  • No endorsement. Outputs do not reflect our views or opinions.
  • Images are AI-generated. Images created with the Service are artificial. Do not present them as real photographs of real events or people.

5. Your responsibility for what you ask

You are solely responsible for the content you send to the Service (your "Prompts") and for how you use the outputs. You must have the right to use anything you upload or paste, and your Prompts must be lawful. You must not use the Service to break the law, to harm anyone or to break these Terms.

6. What is never allowed

In addition to our usage policy, you must not use the Service to:
- create, request or share any content involving minors in a sexual, violent or exploitative context;
- create sexually explicit or pornographic content, or sexual or fake ("deepfake") images of real people;
- plan, prepare or help with violence, terrorism, weapons capable of mass harm, or any harm to another person;
- commit or facilitate fraud, scams, hacking, malware, harassment, stalking, threats or doxxing;
- infringe other people's rights, including intellectual property, image and privacy rights;
- share, resell or rent your account or access, or access the Service with bots, scripts or scraping tools;
- test, attack or overload the Service, or try to get around its limits or security.
We report content involving the sexual abuse of children to the competent authorities.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We use automated systems to detect abuse, and we may refuse to process a Prompt, block an output or remove content. What happens if you break these Terms depends on how serious it is:
- Serious breaches (content involving minors, sexual or fake images of real people, helping someone hurt others, or anything clearly illegal): immediate closure of the account, without notice and without refund, and a report to the authorities where the law requires it.
- Other breaches (account sharing or reselling, bots or scraping, abuse of the Service, payment fraud or abusive chargebacks): first a warning, then a temporary suspension, then closure of the account if it continues.
Where the law requires it, we tell you the reason for the decision and how to contest it by writing to [email protected].

8. Your account

You must give a valid email address and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else is using it.

9. Plans, prices and payment

  • Plans. Pro (€19.90 per month): 1,500 messages a month, chat and live web search. Max (€49.90 per month): 7,500 messages a month, 200 images a month, our most permissive model and priority speed. Details are shown on our pricing page.
  • Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. There is no free plan or free trial.
  • Payment is taken in advance on our checkout pages at deep-ai-assistant.com and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. The charge may appear on your bank statement under a name that refers to that checkout.
  • Allowances reset every month on your billing date. Unused messages and images do not carry over.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month at the price then in force, until you cancel.
  • Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they apply.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, in one click, from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and are not charged again.

11. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you live in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. When you subscribe, you expressly ask us to start the Service immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, you pay for the Service already provided, in proportion to what you used, and we refund the rest. After that period, payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases that we decide at our sole discretion, as explained in our refund policy. Unjustified chargebacks lead to the suspension of the account.

12. Intellectual property

  • Your Prompts and outputs. You keep the rights you have in your Prompts. As between you and us, you own the outputs generated for you and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. In some countries, purely AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright, and similar outputs may be generated for other users: we give no guarantee that an output is original, protectable or free of third-party rights.
  • Licence to us. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit your Prompts and outputs, only to provide, secure and improve the Service and to comply with the law. This licence ends when the content is deleted.
  • Our property. The Service, the site, its design, texts, logo and the Unrestricted AI brand belong to us. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.

13. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including AI model providers, our host, Stripe and web search providers. We are not responsible for their own services, terms or outages, or for the content of external websites shown in search results.

14. Our liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without prejudice to the legal guarantees you have as a consumer, which we cannot and do not exclude.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as loss of profit, data, opportunity or reputation), for the content of outputs, or for decisions you make based on them.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

15. Your liability

You agree to compensate us for any loss, claim or cost (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your breach of these Terms, of the law or of other people's rights, in particular through your Prompts or your use of outputs. If you are a consumer, this applies only to damage caused by your own fault.

16. Notice of illegal content

To report content you believe is illegal or infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with "Abuse" in the subject line, describing the content and the reasons. We examine every notice and act promptly.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example to follow a change in the law or in the Service. For important changes, we inform you by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the new Terms.

18. Ending the contract

You can close your account at any time. We may end the contract for a serious breach as described in section 7, or with at least 30 days' notice if we stop offering the Service, in which case we refund any period paid for but not provided.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of our providers, network failures, attacks, natural disasters or decisions of public authorities.

20. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. Please contact us first: most issues are solved quickly. If you live in France, you may also use the consumer mediator [NAME AND WEBSITE OF THE CONSUMER MEDIATOR], free of charge, after a written complaint to us.

21. General

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We may transfer the contract to a company that takes over the Service, provided your rights are not reduced. These Terms are written in several languages; in case of difference, the version in the language you used to subscribe prevails.
